How to obtain visa

We assist students in getting visas from Embassy of Russia and Embassy of Ukraine

The following are the visa requirements to get study visa of Russian Federation:

• Filled and signed visa application form. Must be completed on Web portal https://visa.kdmid.ru), printed out and signed by the applicant.
• International Passport (Traveling Document valid not less than two year).
• Original Invitation Letter from the University
• Original School Certificates ( 10+2/ O level/ SSCE/ HSSC , Bachelor or Master Degree if available), (should be legalized)
• General Health- Medical Certificate issued at least two months prior the entrance in to Russia (should be legalized)
• The HIV-negative certificate (original + copy) issued not earlier than 3 month before entering the territory of Russian Federation, if the period of stay is more than 90 days.
• One passport size photo (35×45 mm) with light background.

Issuing of visa – max 7-10 working days

Documents required for visa in Ukraine:

• Filled Visa Application form
• International Passport (Valid not less than one year )
• Original Invitation Letter from University
• Birth Certificate (translated into the Ukrainian language and endorsed with an Apostille at the Ministry of External Affairs of India). In case of absence of Birth Certificate, visa applicant should get an Affidavit from the notary office.
• Original School Certificates ( O level/ SSCE/ HSSC , Bachelor or Master Degree if available), translated into the Ukrainian language and endorsed with an Apostille at the Ministry of External Affairs of India
• Medical certificate of satisfactory health condition (translated into the Ukrainian language and endorsed with an Apostille at the Ministry of External Affairs of India)
• Health Insurance covering minimum 3 months for Traveling period
• Bank Statement. If an applicant is not a holder of a bank account, a holder should swear an Affidavit at the notary office.
• 2 Pictures 3.5 x 4.5 cm
• To and Fro Air ticket valid for one year.
• Receipt for making visa payment

* If the applicant is under 18 years of age, his/her parents or legal guardian must swear an Affidavit at the notary office that they do not object to his/her studying in Ukraine.
* The Applicant must submit two copies of each document (every page of passport that contains information must be copied).
